Candidates must have:
1. a J.D. degree and active bar license
2. one or more years of experience working in a law firm, exposure to immigration law is a plus
3. bilingual is a huge plus (English and Chinese)
4. solution oriented and a problem solver; great interpersonal and communication skills
5.no misconduct and clean record
