Full-Time Mandarin-Speaking Nanny (Atlanta, GA)
Location: Atlanta, GA (Relocation assistance available for the right candidate)
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule:
Mon-Fri (6:45 AM-mid-morning & 1:30 PM-7:00 PM, with flexibility for travel/overnights)
About the Family:
A busy executive family in Atlanta seeks a nurturing, Mandarin-speaking nanny to care for their two daughters (ages 3 & 6). Both children attend a Mandarin-immersion school, and the family wants a caregiver who can support their language development through engaging, play-based learning.
Ideal Candidate:
- Fluent in Mandarin & English
- **5+ years** of professional nanny experience
- Passionate about child development, creative play, and education
- Flexible for occasional travel, overnights, and schedule adjustments
- Clean driving record & comfortable transporting children
- Willing to assist with light meal prep & child-related tidying
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U. S.
Responsibilities:
Planning educational & fun activities (arts, outdoor play, reading, etc.)
School/activity transportation & playdate supervision
Assisting with routines (meals, dressing, bedtime, etc.)
Traveling with the family when needed
Providing overnight care during parents' trips (extra pay)
Compensation & Benefits:
$110K-$120K/year
Travel stipends & relocation assistance
10 days PTO + 6 paid holidays
$500/month healthcare stipend
